Congratulations to member/Treasurer Holly Alexander on her first place age group finish at the Foster Grant Half-Iron World Championships held in Clearwater, FL on November 8.  Holly's time was 5:49:51.  Congratulations also to member Michael White who finished in an awesome time of 4:30:00, good enough for a 12 of 56 in his age group.

Member Gloria Gallegos raced in the Ironman Longhorn 70.3 in Austin, TX on October 5 finishing in 5:34:46.  Way to go Gloria!.  Results

Members Audrey Donovan, Debbi Donovan, Robert Donovan, Lyn Morris, Kevin Nickel, and Shawn Stafford all raced in the Toyota US Open Triathlon in Dallas on October 5.  Kevin posted a time of 2:04:18 and Shawn was first in his age group with a time of 2:16:59.  Congratulations to all of you!   Results

Member Jed Ecord ran in the Twin Cities Marathon in Minneapolis, MN on October 5, finishing in a time of 3:28:54.  Way to run Jed!

Sixteen members (Holly Alexander, John Anders, Lonnie Awtrey, Bill Bryant, Lisa Conklin, Chris Culp, Jon Evraets, Gloria Gallegos, Amber Gates, Bill Hetrick, Greg Jordan, Walter O'Hara, Stan May, Greg Rockers, Chrissy Usher & Jeff Usher) all participated in the Redman Races in Oklahoma City on September 20.  All were in the half-iron distance tri except for Jeff, who did the full-iron distance Aquabike.  The club brought home a lot of "hardware".  Everyone did an excellent job! Top finishers were were John Anders - 2nd overall (4:43:42) , Jon Evraets - 13th overall & 1st age group, Chrissy Usher - 1st overall female & 1st in age group(5:06:29), Jeff Usher - 1st overall (6:23:27), Gloria Gallegos - 3rd in age group and Holly Alexander - 1st in age group.  Way to go gang! Nine club members (Katy Carter, Joe Cole, Julie Dixon, Audrey Donovan, Patty Dowty, Marci Hinnen, Karlene Ivy, Robert McFarland and Shawn Stafford all raced in the 1st Annual Police & Fire Games Triathlon on September 20 at Lake Afton. Julie Dixon captured the overall female title and Shawn Stafford the overall. Results

Member Michael White raced in Ironman Wisconsin on Sunday, September 7 finishing in a time of 10:44:58. Awesome job Mike!
